Bachelor’s/Master’s Study Permit – Biometrics Appointment Request

Bachelor’s and Master’s students from the University of Groningen, Hanze University of Applied Sciences, NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences, Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, or University of Twente (Leeuwarden) can request an appointment for biometrics for their Study permit using this form.

We would like to inform you that the IWCN will be closed for the holidays from Friday 20 December 2024 through Sunday 5 January 2025.

During this time, we will not be able to answer your emails or schedule appointments.

PhD students (Researcher permit) and Orientation Year applicants, please use this form to request a biometrics appointment.

Our Formalities Team will reply by email with a suggested appointment date and time for biometrics (photo, fingerprints, signature) at the IWCN.
