The IWCN charges fees for its formalities services.

There are fees charged for both IND and Municipal services for Highly-skilled Migrant permits, Intra-Corporate Transferee permits, EU Blue Card permits, Researcher permits, and family permits of each of these. However, if you work for the University of Groningen, UMCG, Hanze University of Applied Sciences, or NHL Stenden, or are family members of these employees, there is no fee (see fee table below).

There is no fee for Startup/Self-employed permits, Orientation year permits, or the family permits of any of these.

    No VAT added.

An invoice for the fees will be provided to the client during the appointment. We accept VPAY and Maestro debit cards, and credit cards, for payment of the fees.

Upon request by the company, we can send an invoice by email to the company or representative.

For those clients without a VPAY/Maestro debit card or credit card, and who will not have a Dutch or EU bank account, we can send an invoice via PayPal by email.
