Client Fees

The IWCN charges fees for its formalities services.

There are fees charged for both IND and Municipal services for Highly-skilled Migrant permits, Intra-Corporate Transferee permits, EU Blue Card permits, Researcher permits, and family permits of each of these. However, if you work for the University of Groningen, UMCG, Hanze University of Applied Sciences, or NHL Stenden, or are family members of these employees, there is no fee (see fee table below).

There is no fee for Startup/Self-employed permits, Orientation year permits, or the family permits of any of these.

No VAT added.

An invoice for the fees will be given to the client and must be paid during the appointment. We accept VPAY and Maestro debit cards, and credit cards for payment of the fees.
