Russian Orthodox Church (Groningen)

The Russian Orthodox Church is the world’s second largest church congregation, after the Roman Catholic Church. The Russian Orthodox Church has witnessed a renaissance in the Netherlands since the 1980s. At the head of the church is the Patriarch of Moscow. The parish consists of a varied mix of Orthodox believers from various countries. Besides this, there is also a group of Dutch converts (which includes both of the priests). Services are held on Sundays at 10.30.
