The English General Language Skills courses of the University of Groningen Language Centre focus on speaking, writing, reading and listening. You will also be working on expanding your grammar and vocabulary skills.

Who is this course for?

This course is intended for participants with an advanced level of English at CEFR level B2. During the course, we work towards level B2/C1. If you are unsure whether this level is right for you, you can test yourself online using the placement test! Alternatively, make an appointment for the online consultation to get personal advice from our teacher.

The University of Groningen Language Centre offers English courses in many different levels and formats: individually or in a group, standard or tailor-made, and online or in person. Their English group courses begin at multiple different times throughout the year.
