Thank you for joining the International Meet-Up in Leeuwarden!

On the 4th of July the Municipality of Leeuwarden and International Welcome Center North (IWCN) co-organized a Meet-Up event for internationals in Fryslân.

This event helped the international community in Friesland to connect with each other. Whether you joined us in person or couldn’t make it this time, we’re happy to have you as part of the international community here in Friesland.

It was a ‘gezellig’ (cosy) evening filled with inspirational stories and shared experiences among people from all over the world!

A Few Fun Facts:

• We were with a diverse group of people from over 40 different countries. They represented countries from Zimbabwe to Mexico, India to Peru, and New Zealand to Germany! 
• 69.6% of participants are currently working in Friesland, while 30.4% are not (yet 😉).
• People came from 30+ different companies across the region.
