What can you expect from Expat Mortgages Webinar?

The digital doors open at 13.00 and at 13.05 they will start with a short presentation, covering the basic steps of buying a house. They’ll discuss if you are eligible for a mortgage and what the bank will look at. Looking into different mortgage options and giving you a couple of simple formulas to calculate the maximum borrowing capacity and monthly costs.

They’ll further talk about the importance of buying agents, independent notaries and tax advisors. After a 30-40 min presentation,  all individual questions will be answered live. The workshop ends around 14.15 -14.30 and if you still have any remaining questions you will be given the opportunity to schedule a new meeting.
