Join the Expat Event in Leeuwarden!

At the start of this year, in February, the mayor of Leeuwarden invited a group of expats working in and around the city of Leeuwarden to the city hall. The purpose of this meeting? To welcome them and get to know one another a little better! The municipality of Leeuwarden organized this meeting as a means to learn more about the expat community residing in Leeuwarden, but also to tell something about the role we can play in making sure everyone feels welcome and listened to. As region we all benefit from a flourishing international community, that drives innovation and brings new talent into our educational system and businesses!

Who: All expats working in the municipality of Leeuwarden

When: December 11^th, from 5 until 7 PM (17:00-19:00)

Where: ING Bank, Tesselschadestraat 3, 8913 HA Leeuwarden

During this afternoon, alderman and deputy-mayor Abel Reitsma is keen to meet you! This time we also want to hear more about your experiences and make it an interactive meeting. Some members of the expat-community will tell their stories about coming to Leeuwarden. The meeting is organized together with the municipality.

Good to know:

Dinner is not included. Afterwards there is ample opportunity to get together and have dinner in the city.
