What is Padel?
Padel is a racquet sport that mixes tennis and squash. You play it in doubles on a smaller court with walls you can bounce the ball off, like in squash. The racquets are solid with holes, not strung like tennis racquets. The ball is similar to a tennis ball but a bit less bouncy.
You score it like tennis, but you serve underhand. It’s super fun and strategic, not just about power, so anyone can play. Plus, the rallies are longer and more exciting. It’s really catching on everywhere because it’s social and a blast to play!
