Most International Companies in the Netherlands

Data collected by IWCN and all the other expat centers in the Netherlands show which are the 15 companies that employed the most internationals in 2021.

We were very pleased to see that the University of Groningen is the third employer in the Netherlands for number of international employees in 2021, with 1007 foreigners in their ranks. UMCG is in the twelfth place with 362. Also on the list are Cognizant Technology Solutions Benelux and Phillips, who both have a branch in Groningen.

These numbers show how the North is becoming increasingly attractive for international workers and we are going to keep working to make Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe even more welcoming for them!
