Regular yoga practice restores your body, revitalises your energy, improves your flexibility and toning, and brings a sense of peace and calm. Yoga Afternoon is designed for all experience levels, so you are also welcome to join even if you have never done yoga before.

Our instructor and type of yoga:
I am Payam, and I have been living in the Netherlands since February 2021. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to get familiar with Yoga, Ayurveda, and related Vedic Sciences. I have been trained in the combination style of Ashtanga Yoga and Sivananda Yoga.
I received my Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Iran, my home country, where I was accredited by the Iran Ministry of Sport and Youth. I am also accredited by the Yoga Alliance in the United States of America. My favorite teaching classes are Slow Flow Yoga and Yin-Yang Yoga. I have officially taught Yoga since 2020, which is also when I began to study Ayurveda.
Nowadays, I am teaching Yoga at Sport Centrum Noord in Groningen. I am also offering Ayurvedic Consultation. Through the lens of this Indian Ancient Holistic and Integral Treatment system, I am happy to help my clients to deal with their body, mind, and inner world.
