Almost one year after the first lockdown, everyone is experiencing challenges and hardships in their personal and/or professional life. People are facing high levels of anxiety and financial insecurity. They feel increasingly lonely and stressed. Working from home makes it challenging to have a boundary between personal and professional life, there is more and more irritation and days are just passing by. There is little excitement or perspective for the future. Living in a foreign country, and being far away from one’s home and family might be exacerbating all these challenges.
Inter-being psychologists offer this webinar to the international community in The Netherlands to help individuals practice self-care in times of uncertainty in order to deal better with other negative feelings. The webinar will include self-care and coping strategies, and a practical exercise to take care of your mental well-being.
