Procedure for Non-EU Citizens

Proof of address

This can be one of the following:

  • A rental agreement, signed by the landlord and you
  • A signed deed of property conveyance
  • A lodging agreement giving you permission to register at the address, signed by the owner or main occupant of the house, plus a copy of the proof of identity (passport, country ID card) of the owner or main occupant of the house.
